Keys: This year we are offering a Low D# or Low D flute. Offset fingering is available at no extra charge to help ease the reach for people that need it. (See photo of Proto-Type.)
Wood Type: The Signature Flutes are being made from Pommele Sapele with Curly Maple end caps and Padauk and Cherry laminations.
Block: The Block is a brand new design to represent Mark Holland's Autumn's Child. It is a Maple Leaf design made from Maple with a Padauk base to give this flute a wonderful tone. Each carved leaf has Pipestone Inlay, along with Pipestone hand rubbed into the maple to help give it an Autumn like look. (each will be unique)
These instruments are made to the tight specifications of renowned Native flutist Mark Holland/Autumn's Child. They have a wonderful warm responsive voice with a wonderful tone. They are signed by Mark and are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity suitable for framing and a Spirit of the Woods Flute sleeve. Each flute is sequentially numbered and personally played by Mark to ensure consistency of tone and tuning.
